Fall Calendar & Weekday Mini Session Info

Wow!  Thanks so much about inquiring about Fall availability!
It's hard to believe how fast the summer flew by --- I had such a great time with family portrait sessions on the beaches of RI & MA, at your homes, in the park --- and now it's time for some fall portraits as the cooler weather approaches and the beautiful colors start to pop, providing a beautiful backdrop for your family's 2010 memories.

Weekends typically work better for me as I have little ones of my own and a hard working hubby - BUT I available for weekday (evening) portrait sessions if given enough time to make arrangements.  

If you interested in a  weekday mini session  I am available for sessions from 1-2:30PM most days.  Mini Sessions are great for the little ones -- babies, toddlers, siblings, head shots -- if you need a birthday/anniversary present for grandparents, need a picture for Mom/Dad at work, or just because!

NOVEMBER!
There are some early weekends (or weekday afternoons!) in November that will work out perfectly for outdoor family portraits!  I am available for  week day mini sessions  1-2PM in the local RI area (your local park or home, my location, or Roger Williams Park).   

Available weekends are Nov 6/7 & Nov 13/14.

Littlest Heroes Project - Serena

Serena is a spunky 8 year old girl ... an 8 year old girl with half a heart. Serena was diagnosed in utero with Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. By the time she was 21 mths old she had undergone 3 open heart surgeries and 3 heart cathetrizations. If you looked at her you wouldn’t know she lives off of half a heart ...-- her imagination is wild & her enthusiasm is so contagious.

I met with the Young family a few weeks ago in Narragansett.  We had the beach to ourselves and the kids were able to run about.

On the last Saturday of summer I met with this fun family in Narragansett for a beach sunset family photo session.  The clouds were above when we started, but by the end of the session they were burned off by a gorgeous sunset!  It ended up being a perfect evening!

Artery Family on the Beach

August 2010 -- Second Annual Brigg's Beach family beach photo session with the Artery's!

This family are great friends of ours and their little girls are like sisters to my little boys.  Not only are they sweet, but they are beautiful little girls who are not shy in front of my camera.  Their Mom & Dad aren't so bad, either.   :)

Allen Family Beach Preview

After Mother Nature made us reschedule this family beach session at least two times, I was finally able to meet this fun family of four at their Narragansett beach rental late last week.  We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful house right on the beach, nor a more perfect evening to have some fun, smile into the sun, romp on the sand on the practically private beach!

{The Allen family came to me as a referral from another client/friend ... and I just LOVE when clients pass on the good word about RitzyPics :)  Thank you, Sarah!!}

And these two little boys --- SO cute!  And thankfully, both were loving the camera and had fun hamming it up and posing for me up and down the beach :)

I've decided to do something a little different for this preview - I'm only going to showcase some of the black &whites.  I previewed some color images on my FaceBook fan page, but there is just something about beach black & white that I just love.  The sun setting light made for a bright evening and I love how bright and soft the black & white came out.
